‘Good bloodlines!’ Trump praises Henry Ford
blood·line  noun:  an animal’s set of ancestors or pedigree, typically considered with regard to the desirable characteristics bred into it: Direct line of descent; pedigree
(Sociology) all the members of a family group over generations, esp regarding characteristics common to that group; pedigree
1. (usu. of animals) the line of descent; pedigree; strain.
2. ancestry; family.

Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863, in Dearborn, Michigan, the oldest of five children. His parents were William Ford and Mary Litogot. William Ford was an immigrant from County Cork, Ireland, and Mary Litogot was a first generation American of Belgian immigrant parents.

So Immigrants are ‘Good Bloodlines’?  Or would that be good white lineage? Case in point, for a man who claims he wants a merit based immigration system, he seems to grant merit to bloodlines, but only those of white legacy?  He could not mean anything but Ford’s white ‘aryan’ bloodlines as he was an avid supporter of Hitler, ‘blood and soil’ was the SS chant, one we heard in Charlottesville.  Now the POTUS praises Ford’s bloodlines?

Talk about a dog whistle; that is a fucking foghorn.

Trump declares religious services ‘essential’, since Governors declared bars ‘essential’, neither is essential to anything but the almighty dollar.  Churches are businesses selling the buyer a product, salvation, the hope of eternal life or a better life now, or both.  It is not a thing they sell, but the hope of a thing, somewhere over the rainbow.  In that sense Trump is right, religion and bars are the same, both sell inebriants to quell human fears of the dark.  However I did not expect to find Trump and Marx on the same page, both alluding that religion is equal to a drug for the masses, like booze is.
